K’Dyah Lanea James has been crowned Miss Teen British Virgin Islands 2026, taking over the title from outgoing queen Maya Z.V. Marcellin.
James was crowned during a coronation ceremony held at Treasure Isle Hotel on Saturday, September 26.
The Miss Teen British Virgin Islands Organisation said the new queen intends to use her platform to inspire young people and advocate against gun and gang violence throughout the Virgin Islands.
James succeeds Marcellin, who was crowned Miss Teen BVI 2025 in October last year and went on to represent the Territory internationally during her reign.
