The BVI Health Services Authority (BVIHSA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Gordon Frame as our new Chief Executive Officer, effective today.
Mr. Frame brings extensive executive leadership experience across the commercial and public healthcare sectors, with a career spanning more than three decades. Most recently, he served as National Director of Scheduled Care with NHS Scotland, where he was responsible for scheduled healthcare delivery and performance across Scotland and led transformational improvement initiatives.
Throughout his career, Mr. Frame has focused on healthcare transformation, service redesign, operational performance, strategic planning, partnership development and improving patient outcomes. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physiology and Anatomy from the University of Glasgow and an MBA from the University of Aberdeen.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Frame said: “I am delighted to join the BVI Health Services Authority and look forward to working with the Board, our healthcare professionals, staff and the wider community. My focus will be on building strong relationships, strengthening the delivery of quality healthcare and supporting sustainable improvements that ultimately enhance the experience and outcomes of patients across the Virgin Islands.”
