Man Injured In Long Bush Shooting

(PLTM) - A man was injured as gun shots rang out in the Long Bush area last evening, February 18.
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) confirmed the shooting.
"One male is being treated for injuries at the hospital. No further information is available at this time," the RVIPF stated.

We have a police force of over 200 strong can't see no reason why we can't get Police coverage both plain clothes and uniform 24/7 In all communities. We were getting it in the 90s with a Force under a hundred strong. Something is wrong, really wrong, National security council and the Gov, need to step up, look at what going on in the force. We need to get more and better results from our security force, or valu for money, This is disturbing, we hardly see them in the day, we definitely won't see them in the night,,.They won't see everything but seeing them, will make criminals think a second time...
This is why
I go to my 9-5 and go home to my residence and don’t be out after darkness. This place is out of control with the gun violence. It is only a matter of time before innocent people is going to get gun down in the gun war that is going on in this place.
