Flow BVI has been impacted by damages to equipment, that controls international calling.

The damages stem from the recent lightning storm experienced during the passage of the Tropical Wave on Monday, August 7, into Tuesday, August 8.

To rectify the issues, the company has noted that replacement equipment is being flown in later tonight, August 9, and will be immediately be installed to restore service.

Until then, customers are encouraged to make their international calls on other services such as Skype and Whatsapp.

"Flow BVI apologizes for the inconvenience and appreciates everyone's patience."
