Two BVI track and field athletes are in Grenada to participate in the inaugural Association of National Olympic Committees of Organizations of Eastern Caribbean States (ANOCES) Sports Academy.
Jelani Norman and Deya Erickson were selected by the BVI Track and Field Coaches Association to attend the week-long hurdles program, along with Coach Ericca Fredericks.
The five-day camp is being held at the Grenada National Stadium in St. Georges from December 10 to Friday December 14.
According to local track and field officials, the camp targets 12 to 15 year-olds from the OECS.
BVI's participation in the camp is being funded by the BVI Olympic Committee.
