Nyron Erickson Slapped With 21 Charges

(PLTM) - Detectives of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force have charged one male for several offences.

According to police , today September 21, Nyron Erickson, a 31-year-old resident of West End, Tortola was charged with a total of 21 criminal offences including seven (7) counts of Possession of Prohibited Weapon, eleven (11) counts of Keeping a Firearm Without a License, two (2) counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply Another, and one (1) count of Possession of the Proceeds of Criminal Conduct.

Erickson remains in police custody pending his appearance at the Magistrate’s Court at the next available sitting.

Erickson’s arrest and subsequent charges stemmed from inquiries into high-level, organized criminal activities being perpetrated by linked individuals.

The RVIPF will continue to investigate organized criminal activities within the Territory and are dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of the community.

Further updates on the investigation will be provided as they become available.

In my opinion, everyone wants to become whealthy overnight. What about working honestly and fairly to earn your dollars? Everyone wants the easy way out including, government!! Its sad and disturbing that a little 24sq miles island cant be controlled or try to be. The rich is getting richer and the ones without jobs patiently waits on. This BS needs to because our kids, families friends are being hurt, killed and framed for things they arw not responsible for!!!

can this be legal? when they arrested him before extradite him did they not drop the local cases? they must have to do something to satisfy the local justice before sending him off to the US? was his .....that shortsighted? or am I overthinking this?

Honestly

Those guns that were found was going to be used to green light someone or use to break the one that was returning to the BVI out of prison. This place is gangsters paradise. This is one of the reasons the tourist is going to the outer Islands in the BVI to spend their vacation. The cruise tourist is in and out in a few hours. Tortola is becoming a dangerous place to spend your vacation.

BVI should have had a mini Army when money was flowing heavy. Now we need it. Going independent will require it. Before St. Kitts went independent they had a small army with a very strong Sugar industry that britain was taking 10% of the production so while St. Kitts was producing Brown Sugar, Britain was producing white sugar from the St. Kitts production. The point is. We missed the independent Boat. A strong economy with a strong border control presence are the two most important that will and must be considered by your colonizer. Now we broke, nothing in place some past and present politicians talking about independent. Is it because its now convenient to personal preservation..

Have you seen the level of crime in the BVI lately? If they keep this up soon you will not have any tourists visiting. No tourist wants to visit a place that's crime-ridden. So Wake UP!!
