Shots Fired At PWD Worker

(PLTM) - A Public Works Department (PWD) employee escaped death last week, after he was shot at by an armed masked man.

According to information reaching BVI Platinum News, the man was on his way to work at the Baughers Bay location, early the morning, when the incident occurred.

He reportedly ran for his life after the shots were fired. He did not sustain any injuries.

Police are investigating the matter.

The incident occurred two days after a young man was injured during a shooting incident near the Alexandrina Maduro Primary School in Baughers Bay.

Three days later, two men were gunned down execution style inside a car in the vicinity of Althea Scatliffe Primary School and Red Cross Office. Dead are Clevaughn Sweeney and Michael Stevens.
