(PLTM) - Following the passage of two ferocious hurricanes, Tortola Auto Group (TAG), home of Car Quest Auto Parts, is pleased to announce its re-opening on Monday, September 25, 2017.
According to Operations Manager, Daniel Singh, starting Monday, TAG will offer auto repair quotes for insurance claims; bookings for service repairs; and the CarQuest Store will re-open to provide parts and accessories for all vehicle brands.
"We know many persons want to get repairs and services done so they can continue with the restoration efforts. We thank the community for their patience and understanding during these difficult times. We do have a large quantity of parts and accessories at our Car Quest store for all vehicle brands," Singh said.
He added, "We have instituted a shipping plan which will allow us to secure parts on order. We look forward to service the community."
According to the company, it's building and other properties were significantly damaged when hurricanes Irma and Maria inflicted widespread destruction on the Virgin Islands. Hurricane Irma, particularly, was a category 5 storm, that passed directly over the Territory.
"We are grateful for the help received from many members of the community, who worked with our staff to clear debris and secured our premises to enable us to re-open to provide the excellent service that has become synonymous with our company," Singh stated.
TAG stated that it remains committed to the restoration of the Virgin Islands.
