(PLTM) - In January this year, the world fawned as photos of former U.S President Barack Obama’s stay on Sir Richard Branson’s luxurious Necker Island were circulated. Now, in a special offer, the private Island is being opened for individual bookings, so that persons dreaming of a presidential style vacation can have one.

The management announced that Necker is rarely available for individual bookings or individual stays. However, a special opportunity was created for those who long to experience the island.

The company announced, “Necker Island is delighted to announce that it will be welcoming individual room bookings this Thanksgiving. The Island is usually hired privately, but this holiday season guests are given a rare opportunity to experience all this island paradise has to offer and celebrate in style.”

In labelling the trip as “a slice of paradise,” the management said that the guests who will be spending thanksgiving on Necker will be treated like royalty.

“A dedicated team are ready and waiting to ensure guests enjoy the trip of a lifetime. From memorable dining experiences to blissful relaxation in the spa and thrilling water sports, there really is something for everyone.”

Necker over the years earned the alias – Treasure Island, as celebrities such as Diana Princess of Wales, Hollywood stars Kate Winslet, Eddie Murphy, Geena Davis, Kate Moss, Robert De Niro, former U.S President Jimmy Carter, former South African President Nelson Mandela and former U.K Prime Minister Tony Blair, and many more have stayed there. In fact, Larry Page, the Co-Founder of Google even tied the knot on the island in 2007.
