Man Assaulted At Club

(PLTM) - A young man is nursing serious injuries at the Peebles Hospital, after he was hit to the head last evening, Friday, May 26 at a club across from the CSY Dock in Baugher's Bay.
The young man is unaware as to how the incident occurred.
However, he informed police that at the time, he was sitting at the bar with a female when he felt a hit to the back of his head; he then woke up at the hospital.
Police Spokeswoman, Ms. Diane Drayton told BVI Platinum News that contrary to reports, the incident was not a shooting and that police are investigating the matter.
