(PLTM) - Team Pirates, who has recorded a number of wins since the beginning of the 2017 Harriette Skelton Fast Pitch Softball League, seem to have lost their luck, as they lost their most recent game to the Mobsters.
The weekend saw Mobsters defeating Pirates with a score of 10-7.
Mobsters managed to secure 8 hits, 4 errors and left 6 runners on base, while Pirates had 8 hits, 4 errors and left 4 runners on base.
The winning pitcher was Jason Fonseca and the loser was Ralston Henry.
Contributing to the Mobsters win, Alfonso Tajeda made it from base 2 to 4 with 2 runs scored. His teammates, Zacchari Stoutt and Joan Soara also scored two runs each.
Nikos Penn and Rico Penn each scored two runs for Pirates.
Team Walk Off also secured a win, after walking all over the West End Warriors with a score of 31-29.
Walk Off racked up a total of 19 hits, 8 errors and left 11 runners on base, while Warriors had 9 hits, 15 errors and left 9 runners on.
The winning pitcher was Bria Smith and the loser was Sarah Potter-Washington.
