Loreal George celebrates the first of her brace in the 4 nil win for VG Utd Girls over the Panthers W.F.C.

(PLTM) - With the end of this year's Women’s Nine a Side Football League fast approaching, both Virgin Gorda United Girls and Ballstarz Women’s Football Club have secured their placements in the finals, after both teams recorded victories in the semi-finals, played over the weekend, November 19-20.

Both teams join the Avengers and Panthers in the finals, scheduled for November 26 at the A. O. Shirley Grounds at 4:30 pm.

On Saturday, in a match against the Panther’s Women, VG United Girls, with team work and a high level of skills, dominated the game with a 4 nil win.

The winning goals for VG United Girls came from Loreal George in the 19th and 28th minute of the first half, followed by Jackisha Rigoberto in the 32nd minute and Kayla Skelton in the 60th.

Ballstarz Women also walked away victorious with a 2 nil win against the Avengers. This was the Avengers first defeat for the season.

Ballstarz goals came as courtesy from Philia James in the 42nd minute and Morgan Creque in the 55th.
