(PLTM) - In their continued efforts to raise awareness of tennis in the British Virgin Islands, the BVI Tennis Association will be hosting a back to school introductory tennis camp.
The camp is slated for August 15th through to the 19th at the public tennis courts in East End.
According to president of the association, the camp, which is a platform to promote participation in tennis as a contribution to the health and well-being of the Territory’s communities, is catered for youths between the ages of 7 and 14.
“We want everyone to play the sport. There are so many advantages to gain. It’s a very fun and disciplined activity that everyone, both young and old should get involved.”
She noted that transportation will be provided for interested persons at the Althea Scatliffe Primary School at 8:30 am.
